Yoga Go

Yoga Go is an app for creating personalized yoga plans according to your needs and objectives. To do so, all you have to do is add your objectives and your current level.

Of course, the first step of customizing your plan is entering some personal data, such as your height, weight, goal weight, and age. Once you've added all the information, you'll get a unique plan designed according to your needs in five minutes or less.

Once your plan is ready, all you have to do is follow it. Luckily, Yoga Go sets reminders, and it also includes tons of videos to teach you how to perform each pose correctly. The app also tracks how much time you exercise and the calories burned in each session.

Yoga Go is an incredibly useful yoga app thanks to which you can create a custom plan. It's important to note, however, that you'll need to sign up for one of the app's subscriptions in order to access your plan.
